What is the delivery time?

Generally, production for standard orders is completed within 30-60 days. Shipping time is additional and depends on the destination port. For an accurate delivery estimate, please contact our sales team with your detailed requirements.
Can I customize my packaging?
Yes, we offer packaging customization to meet your specific branding or logistical needs. Options can include custom logos on bags or crates, specific labeling, and unique palletizing requirements.

Do you accept retail orders?
No, our operations are structured to serve wholesale, industrial, and B2B clients, which allows us to maintain competitive pricing and high-volume production standards. We operate on a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) basis. If you are a business or distributor, please contact us to discuss your volume requirements.
Can I get a free sample?
We understand the importance of quality assurance. We can provide free samples of our standard products for qualified business clients to evaluate. Typically, the client is responsible for covering the courier/freight cost. For high-value or custom-made samples, a sample fee may apply, which is often refundable upon placing a bulk order.
What trade methods do you have?
We are experienced in international trade and are flexible with trade terms (Incoterms). Our most commonly used terms are:
FOB (Free On Board): We handle delivery to the designated port in China (e.g., FOB Qingdao), and you manage the ocean freight.
CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight): We arrange and pay for the shipping and insurance to your destination port.
EXW (Ex Works): You can arrange for pickup directly from our factory premises.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept several payment methods to accommodate our international clients. Our primary methods are:
T/T (Telegraphic Transfer / Bank Transfer): Our standard term is a 30% deposit to begin production and a 70% balance payment before shipment.
L/C (Letter of Credit): We accept L/C at sight for larger, qualifying orders.
PayPal / Western Union: These are typically used for sample fees or smaller payments.
