HOW A PLAIN PUSH TROLLEY WORKS WITH A HOIST
The trolley rolls along the beam when the operator applies a controlled horizontal push or pull to the suspended assembly. It is generally suited to short, clear travel paths where the operator can control movement from a safe position. A plain trolley does not use a hand chain to drive the wheels. If the load needs more deliberate travel control, compare the geared trolley options.

Document availability and any non-standard finish or packaging must be confirmed for the quoted model and order. Do not assume that one certificate, finish or test condition applies to every VP or AP variant.
INSTALLATION AND PRE-USE CHECKS
Installation must follow the approved instructions for the selected trolley, hoist and supporting beam. Verify that the beam and end stops are suitable, the trolley is adjusted to the specified clearances, fasteners and locking devices are secured, and the suspension connection is correctly seated. Keep the travel path clear and carry out the required unloaded and loaded functional checks before service.
Inspect the wheels, side plates, suspension point, adjustment parts, fasteners and beam contact surfaces for damage, wear, looseness or abnormal tracking. Remove the system from service if it binds, skews, climbs the beam, contacts an obstruction or shows any condition outside the approved instructions.
